5. We only make recommendations with regards to car hire and flights, which are totally at your discretion to use or ignore, but we must stress that we feel car hire is a must.
1.
Booking. The property will not be considered to be reserved until we have issued
a receipt for the necessary sum of 30% of the rental price for total length of
your rental of the villa.
2.
Deposit. The deposit of 30% is to be
made at least eight weeks before the holiday is due to start.
If a booking is made less than eight weeks before the holiday dates
requires then the full rental plus any additional charges is due at the time of
booking. In the event of a booking
not being accepted then all fees paid will be refunded immediately.
3.
Final Payment. Once
the booking form and the deposit are received by the owners the guests are
liable for the payment of the balance of the rent eight weeks before the start
of the holiday. Non payment by the
due date will be treated as a cancellation and the owners may re-let the
property without reference to the guest(s) who remain liable for payments of the
full amount although credit will be given for any rents received as a result of
re-letting, less any expenses. Please
note we do not send reminders as the due date is on the booking confirmation
form.
4.
Method of payment. Payments may be made by
cheque or postal orders. Cheques
should be made payable to C charley.
Post-dated cheques are not acceptable.
5.
Duration and times of
letting. Occupancy
is based on Tuesday to Tuesday.
The property is let from 4pm on the first day and departure
must be by 10 am on the final day.
6.
Pets. Pets are not permitted.
7.
Breakage/ Damage. Guests must report any
damage or breakages that occur during their stay to the caretakers and an
appropriate charge may be made for the repair or replacement.
8.
Linen. Linen is changed between
holidays and made available during holidays.
Bath and hand towels are provided but guests should bring their own beach
towels.

Complaints.
Any complaints or problems should be taken up with the owners as soon as
possible.
10.
Liability.
The owners do not accept any liability for any act, neglect or default on
the part of the owners or any other persons not within their employer otherwise
under their control: nor for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or
inconvenience, whether to person or property, which the guests or any person may
suffer of incur arising out of, or in any way with the letting.
11.
Authority to sign. The person who signs the
booking form certifies that he/she is a member of the party intending to occupy
the property and must be over the age of eighteen years.
12.
Guest obligations.
Care must be taken of the property and it must be left in a clean and
tidy state and all furniture returned to place it was found on entry.
The owners and their agents reserve the right to reasonably access to the
property during the period of hire.
13. Cancellation. In the event of cancellation of your holiday the Booking deposit of 30% if forfeited and the balance is still payable on the due date. We will endeavour to re-let the property and if successful will refund the balance less any expenses incurred in re-letting.
