The villa is located on the Costa Blanca in Spain. Alicante airport is about one hour south of the villa, with Benidorm being about 30 to 40 minutes south of the villa. The villa is set against the side of an impressive mountain allowing spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is on an urbanization called the Cumbre del sol. Within a two minute drive is the small town of Benitachell with small shops and a restaurants. About five to seven minutes south of the villa is a town called Moraira, which is a great place to visit with a small port and great restaurants and friendly people.
About eight to ten minutes north is Javea, This town is split into three unique areas all very different, one being the man made beach, which has a great front with restaurants and shops. The old town, which is very Spanish with small streets and white walled houses. And a port area with many boats, which give great trips up and down the coast.
